Designed for those who desire to deepen their knowledge of God's Word and effectively serve the next generation, this program combines fundamental theological training with the practical knowledge and skills needed to minister to children, adolescents, and young adults.
Youth and teenagers in Ukraine today are growing up in conditions of war, rapid social and technological changes, and constant challenges. That is why serving the next generation remains one of the most important areas of the life of the Church. The need for leaders who can not only teach, but also instruct, support, and guide young people to maturity in faith is more urgent than ever.
The program is designed to prepare ministers and leaders who seek to develop youth and adolescent ministry in their churches and communities. It will be useful both for those who are already serving and for those who are just taking their first steps in it.
Over the course of two years, students will learn to research the Holy Scriptures, understand the needs of the younger generation, build student relationships, develop leadership qualities, and acquire practical tools for organizing and developing ministry.
